Lovely ring, well presented. The gift box was beautiful. I had it engraved with a word and thought it would be larger. This being said I am very appreciative that Norm Jewels actually did engrave it for me as most other jewellers only offer a few letters, and this word was 6, which probably explains the small size. Overall I am happy with the product. The size of the ring was perfect, it arrived quicker than expected and the customer service was great.
